#FitnessFriday FACT : Exercise is proven to be the most effective tool  against ANTI-AGING.   When you don’t exercise, the cells in your body conclude that they are no longer needed, and ‘die’.  This results in accelerated aging,  since the more cells you lose, the quicker you will age.  So, the key is to keep those cells, by making them feel useful and needed.  Then, they will remain and aging will occur at a much slower rate. Infact –  maybe not at all! 🙂
